We’re looking for volunteer translators who have language skills in English and Spanish to attend some of our signature events and/or assist in translating marketing materials and documents on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities may include:
- In some cases, corresponds with individuals on behalf of United Way where a translator is necessary, especially at events
- Review translated materials and/or translate written documents from English to Spanish, making sure to preserve the original meaning
- Provide subtitles and/or audio translations for videos
