United Way of Southwest Michigan's annual School Supply Spectacular event is right around the corner! This year, we will be doing a drive-through event at Marcellus High School on August 18th.
The actual event is from 10am-12pm.
This role is responsible for filling boxes and/or bags of food for direct distribution and placement into vehicles via a drive-through format. Heavy lifting, standing is required.
Volunteers MUST check in with the United Way team in the high school cafeteria upon arrival to complete volunteer waivers, receive a Volunteer United shirt, hear an event overview and receive final instructions. DO NOT go right to the food truck when you arrive. Temperature checks will be done for all volunteers when they check in. Unvaccinated volunteers MUST wear a mask throughout the event and remain socially distanced.
