United Way of Southwest Michigan is proud to partner with businesses and organizations in Cass County to present the School Supply Spectacular. This annual event will provide backpacks with age-appropriate school supplies to any student in need throughout Cass County.
School Supply Spectacular 2019 volunteer shifts cover three days, Tuesday August 13, Friday August 16, and Saturday August 17th, at Brookside Learning Center: 61662 Dailey Rd., Cassopolis, Michigan 49031.
Individual, Team and Group Volunteer sign ups are now open. Tuesday we will pack and sort the supplies, Friday we will pack the backpacks and sort them by grade, Saturday we will distribute the backpacks and also provide boxes of food to families through the Feeding America Food Truck. The Feeding America Food Truck is sponsored by Kinexus.
