Help manage summit events such as helping speakers & workshop facilitators hosts know where they need to be for their speech or their workshops. Help the talent and performers know where to be and when. Later shifts on Saturday will help with breakdown. The Michigan Black Summit is in its third year and will be held February 7-8, 2025, in Benton Harbor, MI! The event will hold powerful key note speakers, panel discussions, break out session on Black leadership, the Black vote, and the Black dollar, as we empower and uplift our community. Speakers include Garlin Gilchrist II-Lieutenant Governor Michigan, Jocelyn Benton-Secretary of State Michigan, Virgie Rollins-Chair Democratic National Committee Black Caucus, Quentin Messer, Jr.-CEO Michigan Economic Development Corporation and Marcus Muhammed-Mayor of Benton Harbor. The summit will go from 8am-5pm Friday Feb 7 and 9am to 2pm Saturday Jan 8th. at the Lake Michigan College Mendel Center.
