Meals on Wheels of Southwest Michigan (Senior Nutrition Services Region IV)

Mission: To end senior hunger through quality nutrition, personal connection, kindness, and respect.

Since 1988, Meals on Wheels of SW Michigan has been providing nutritious meals to seniors in southwest Michigan. Our mission is to ensure that no senior goes hungry in our area. Because senior hunger is changing, our programs change to meet the needs of our changing senior population.

Senior Nutrition Services, which does business as Meals on Wheels of SW Michigan, is an independent 501(c)3. We aim to nourish, support, and connect seniors to services to help them live independently, safely, and with a stable source of healthy food. Our Berrien and Van Buren County clients receive more than quality nutrition. They also connect with our staff and volunteers who deliver their meals with a kind and respectful rapport.

Meals on Wheels of SW Michigan, as we are known, works to ensure that all seniors in Berrien and Van Buren counties have a stable and secure source of nutritious food. We provide meals at 7 senior centers and community centers in the 2 counties and deliver meals 5 days a week to home-bound seniors in Berrien and Van Buren counties.
