Who We Are
The Corewell Health Foundation Southwest Michigan (CHFSM), the philanthropic arm of the CH South Region, works specifically with donors, families, and corporations to generate resources for Corewell Health Lakeland hospitals and facilities as well as community organizations in the Southwest region through grants, charitable donations, and bequests.
