Who We Are
Mission: To surround seniors with the care they need to remain in the home they love.
PACE of Southwest Michigan is a nonprofit organization, founded in 2012 by community partners who identified a need for home-based, long term care services in our area. We serve adults over 55 years of age who have long term medical conditions. Our goal is to provide the care you need to remain safely at home.
PACE of Southwest Michigan is a community partnership between Corewell Health, Caring Circle, and Region IV Area Agency on Aging.
What We Do
Our dedicated team of professionals strives to provide a comfortable, yet stimulating environment for our participants. All have attended special training to care for those with dementia or with other eldercare needs. For many it isn’t work, it is a rewarding opportunity to interact and care for special seniors every day.
