- 8:00am - 12:15pm (25 Slots)
- 11:45am - 4:00pm (25 Slots)
IRONMAN athletes go through a great deal of fluids and food in their quest to become an Ironman. Aid stations, where the athletes can obtain fluids and food while on the course, are an integral part of the race, and the spirit of an aid station reflects on the whole event. At the aid station, you will hand out Water, Gatorade, and food to athletes as they run by. This is a fast paced area! We ask that you stay until the Aid Station and area are packed up and cleaned up.
