Who We Are

Mission: To serve the frail, elderly, or seriously ill as well as their caregivers, and all of those who need us with dedication and compassion.

Caring Circle, a Corewell Health affiliate, is the largest and most experienced community-based palliative care and hospice organization in southwest Michigan. Dedicated to enhancing quality of life, we provide a continuum of care that includes programs such as Transitions, HouseCalls, Palliative Care, Hanson Hospice Center, Hospice at Home, and Bereavement Care. As a not-for-profit organization, we offer compassionate support to individuals and families facing aging, illness, dying, and grief.

What We Do

Caring Circle provides a comprehensive range of services designed to improve quality of life and offer support during challenging times. We deliver in-home and facility-based hospice care and transitional services to those who are frail, elderly, or seriously ill. All bereavement services, workshops, and support groups are provided at no charge.

Our team of skilled professionals and volunteers offers compassionate caregiving, grief counseling, and community education, ensuring every individual and family receives the support and dignity they deserve. With a commitment to excellence and adaptability, Caring Circle remains a trusted resource for southwest Michigan and northern Indiana communities.
